These Adiyoga Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Adiyoga, Inc. ("Adiyoga", "we", or "us") with respect to your access to or use of the Service (as defined herein). The Service is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms and conditions set forth herein.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT”, BY ACCESSING, USING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SERVICE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF IN ANY MANNER, OR BY PURCHASING ANY MEMBERSHIP PLAN, YOU: (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND BY SUCH OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE Adiyoga PRIVACY POLICY (COLLECTIVELY, THE “AGREEMENT”); (B) AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE (OR HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION WHERE YOU RESIDE); AND (C) IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER ORGANIZATION, REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS ON SUCH COMPANY’S OR OTHER ORGANIZATION’S BEHALF AND TO BIND SUCH COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS, USE, OR PARTICIPATE IN THE SERVICE, OR PURCHASE ANY MEMBERSHIP PLAN .


  1. ADIYOGA RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO AMEND, UPDATE, CHANGE OR DELETE ANY PLANS AT ANY TIME.
  2. Booked classes must be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance or late/cancel no show terms apply
  3. Please arrive/ log in at least 5 minutes before class, or your spot may be released if we have a wait list.
  4. Class credits are non transferable.
  5. Booking will be confirmed only on credit of funds into our bank account.
  6. Once you deposit the amount into our bank account, call us to confirm the date time of your yoga class ( subject to availability)
  7. All class sales are non refundable.
  8. We are not responsible for problems with your connections or equipment for joining online and the session charges will be non refundable. ( Check the list of requirements for joining online class).
