Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Nita is a Experienced and Passionate Yoga Instructor with over 20 years Experience in Health & Wellness Role.
Commited to providing extensive instruction and counselling to my clients , while motivating to find inner peace and their healthiest self. Bringing forth a love and respect for the art of Yoga. She trains all levels of students with her knowledge in different forms of Yogas (Vinyasa yoga, Hatha Yoga, And Ashtang Yoga).
Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment and her travels in India, Nita brings more than 20 years of specialized training as Yoga trainer & Tarot card reader. She has her graduation degree in Psychology, she also has a certification in Food and Nutrition and a diploma in Montessori and KG teaching.
Following this deep knowledge and intense study of anatomy, physiology, and meditation, coupled with her own study of Eastern philosophies, such as Mudra, Bandha, Pranahas led Nita to discover Yoga and a passion for teaching Others the different styles of yoga.
As a professional yoga devotee, she holds the renowed Master 200 RYT Certification and is registered at Yoga Alliance USA and she brings her own unique and dynamic Yoga Teaching program.
She has studied and trained at Ambika Yoga Kutir in India and reached a full understanding of Yoga science of Body and Mind.
The ongoing process of learnings and insight is what inspires her teachings. Healthy Breathing, alignment of body and balanced energy flow are consistent points of her focus in the classes. Nita teaches style in intuitive, with an unmatched clarity, and nourishes the hidden strengths of her students while challenging them to reach beyond their perceived limitations.
